What do you like most about Arthur D. Little?
My first impression when arriving at ADL was the sympathy and the warm welcome received by my colleagues. I immediately felt like being part of the company. I could rapidly start on several projects and was given a lot of responsibilities very quickly. The variety of projects and clients of ADL gives you the opportunity to develop skills into various industries and functional areas, while working with smart, fun and open-minded Belgian and foreign ADL colleagues. That's what I like about Arthur D. Little.

What do you consider your most pleasant or challenging project at Arthur D. Little?
My most challenging project and at the same time the most pleasant, is the main project on which I'm working at the moment of writing: develop the 2006-2010 business plan of two merged airline companies. The challenging part concerns the extend and the high quality level of work we have to deliver to our client, going from developing and selecting strategic options to outline the business plan and develop an implementation plan, while working hand in hand with the client. The pleasant part is to be a part of a team composed of devoted and inspiring colleagues, who teach you the little "on-the-job" tricks and with whom you can always have a good laugh.

What is your greatest ambition?
My greatest ambition is to be able to find the right balance between my three main life objectives: founding a family, developing an interesting career and allocate a part of my personal time to social work by integrating or set up a non-profit organisation.

Which (historical) event would you have liked to be present at? Why?
I would have liked to be present in the Apollo 11, as I'm very intrigued by the effect of weightlessness and most of all by the great mystery of the universe. Having the opportunity to first of all see the world from such a huge distance and perspective, and most importantly, to put feet on the moon, must have been an extraordinary and unbelievable feeling and life experience.
