Arthur D. Little, Inc. Adds Senior Executives to Expand US Leadership

Arthur D. Little (ADL), a leading global management consulting firm, has appointed several new executives to its US operations: Markus Lahrkamp as its new managing director for the US, Priscilla G. McLeroy as its new director located in Houston, and Natan Shklyar as director and head of its New York City office. These appointments are effective immediately.

These appointments strengthen our leadership position and our client offerings in this strategically important market.   • Markus Lahrkamp has been appointed Managing Director of Arthur D. Little's US operations overseeing its current offices in Boston, Houston and a growing office in New York City.

Markus has built a successful track record in building and leading a thriving consulting business in North America. He has served leading clients and possesses extensive industry knowledge in several sectors, including: financial services, health care, pharmaceuticals, high-tech and semiconductor peripherals, automotive, construction, machinery, and consumer product companies. His diverse experience provides him entry to the Board Rooms of leading corporations. Early on in his career, Markus earned an M.B.A. from the University of Muenster in Germany.

Markus has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of Arthur D. Little, Inc. along with Michael Traem, Global CEO and John W. Brennan who leads Arthur D. Little's Health Care and Technology & Innovation Management Practices in North America. "I personally welcome Markus to our senior management team. Markus' leadership, breadth of experience, and private equity expertise will enable us to further accelerate ADL's growth in the United States," as stated by John Brennan.

  • Natan Shklyar will be leading our New York City office.

Natan Shklyar will concentrate on building Arthur D. Little's North American Private Equity client base, with a focus on mid-market funds and their portfolio companies. He is a trusted advisor to some of the leading global and mid-market private equity firms and hedge funds. Over the past three years he was responsible for building one of the most successful consulting practices focused on mid-market private equity funds, advising clients on their due diligence, operational improvement, and the strategic repositioning of their portfolio companies.

  • Priscilla G. McLeroy has joined our Energy Practice based in Houston as a Director.

She will conduct business development and executive oversight of energy and chemicals projects for major industrials, integrated and national oil company clients. Priscilla specializes in managing petroleum equities and assets in complex environments, portfolio strategy realignment, M&A execution, process optimizations, and market entry. In addition, she has expertise in intellectual property management, technology strategy consulting & transfer across a broad range of industries and operations management. Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, she was Managing Director with a leading financial firm navigating energy and chemical clients through portfolio value changes. She has over 20 years of consulting experience in this industry and has held various engineering and management positions at leading energy companies. Priscilla is a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas, a member of the Licensing Executive Society and the Society of Petroleum Engineers. She received her MS from Stanford University and BS from the University of Houston.
